What financial protection do you offer?

We are proud to be part of the award-winning Barrhead Travel Group led consortium, Brilliant Travel. Brilliant Travel is a member of ABTA 13759 and all flight inclusive bookings are protected under ATOL 5346 - as such we guarantee full financial protection on every holiday we sell.
 

When is my final balance due? 

All final payments are due 14 weeks prior to departure, exact details can be found in your booking confirmation. To pay off your balance sooner, contact us on thetravellifestyle@brillianttravel.co.uk.

What if I need to make changes to my booking?

If you need to make changes to your booking, please email: thetravellifestyle@brillianttravel.co.uk. Booking changes may be subject to charges as detailed in our terms and conditions.

When will my flight tickets be issued? 

You will usually receive your tickets around 2 weeks before departure by email, unless you have specifically requested that you would like these sent via the postal service, direct to your home address.

Do you help with travel insurance?

All passengers are required to have sufficient travel insurance to cover the duration and value of your trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that your travel insurance is valid at the time of booking. Will I need vaccinations for my trip?

Advance vaccinations or medication from your doctor are required to visit some parts of the world, for your own safety. Please refer to the government website www.dh.gov.uk to see if this applies to you.

I need to cancel my holiday, how can I do this?

In the unlikely and unfortunate event you need to cancel your holiday, all cancellations must be made, in writing to: thetravellifestyle@brillianttravel.co.uk. We will then contact you to advise of any cancellation charges and seek your consent prior to cancelling. A cancellation invoice can be issued upon request should you require one for insurance purposes.
